  • Processing and fulfilling your rental orders
  • Verifying payment receipts and screenshots
  • Communicating order status updates
  • Preventing fraud and ensuring platform security

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and Firestore for encrypted data storage. We do not store passwords as authentication is handled entirely by Google.
